(Interstat) — Vincennes remained undefeated with a decisive 69-38 men’s junior college basketball victory over Columbia State on Saturday. The visiting Trailblazers dominated from the start, building a 33-28 lead after the first quarter before holding the Chargers to just 10 points in the second quarter for a 36-point halftime advantage. The Trailblazers’ defense stifled Columbia State throughout the contest. With the win, Vincennes improved its season record to 11-0, while Columbia State fell to 6-2. The Trailblazers had previously defeated the Chargers 81-68 on Nov. 1. Interstat’s ELO system had projected Columbia State with a 54.60 percent probability to win.
