RIVERSIDE, Calif. (Dec. 3, 2025) (Interstat) — The East Los Angeles Huskies defeated the Riverside Tigers 88-61 in a men’s junior college basketball game Wednesday.

East Los Angeles used a dominant first half, outscoring Riverside 42-38 in the first quarter and 46-23 in the second to build an insurmountable lead. The Huskies controlled the game inside, outrebounding the Tigers 43-23 and scoring 26 points from the free throw line.

Jayden Barnes led East Los Angeles with 18 points. PJ Pounds scored 19 points for Riverside. The Huskies improved to 5-2 overall, while the Tigers fell to 4-4.
