Saddleback vs Mount San Jacinto

SAN JACINTO, Calif. (Interstat) — The undefeated Mount San Jacinto Eagles will put their perfect record on the line Saturday when they host the surging Saddleback Bobcats in a California community college men’s basketball matchup.

The Eagles (6-0) are one of the state’s hottest teams, coming off a 72-66 victory over Irvine Valley on Wednesday. Adrian Mosley led the way with 20 points, while Tyler Frazier-Mathews recorded a double-double with 14 points and 10 rebounds.

Saddleback (3-2) has found its rhythm after a slow start, winning its last two games by an average of 26.5 points. The Bobcats are coming off an 85-56 rout of Oxnard on Tuesday, powered by a 27-point, 10-rebound performance from Charlie Stallings.

Mount San Jacinto’s high-powered offense has scored 90 or more points in three of its six wins this season. Saddleback’s defense, which has been stout in its victories, will face its toughest test yet against the Eagles’ balanced attack.

The game is scheduled for Saturday, Nov. 22, at Mount San Jacinto College.
