RANGELY, Colo. (Interstat) — The Odessa College men’s basketball team earned a decisive 101-80 road victory over Colorado Northwestern Community College on Friday night. The Wranglers established a commanding lead by halftime, outscoring the Spartans 101-80 in a game that featured prolific offense from the opening tip. The win improved Odessa’s season record to 10-2, while Colorado Northwestern fell to 2-7. The result defied a national statistical projection that had forecast a much closer contest. Odessa is scheduled to play at Southern Idaho on Saturday.
