FRESNO, Calif. (Interstat) — Two of California’s top early-season men’s junior college basketball teams will clash Friday when the West Valley Vikings visit the Fresno City Rams. West Valley (3-1) enters the non-conference matchup with momentum, coming off an 83-65 home victory over Lemoore on Wednesday. The Vikings’ only blemish this season was a 59-53 road loss to Fullerton on Nov. 6. They have since posted decisive wins over San Diego City and Compton.
