Bishop State 71, at Chipola 80

MARIANNA, Fla. (Interstat) — The Chipola Indians defeated the Bishop State Wildcats 80-71 in a men’s junior college basketball game on Monday. Chipola led 38-34 after a high-scoring first half and maintained its advantage after halftime. The victory improved the Indians’ season record to 7-2, while Bishop State fell to 1-3. Interstat’s ELO system had projected Chipola with a 69 percent probability to win. Key individual performances were noted for Bishop State in the loss.
