ARKANSAS CITY, Kan. (Interstat) — The Cloud County Thunderbirds (4-2) visit the Cowley College Tigers (3-2) in a men’s junior college basketball matchup on Tuesday, Nov. 25, 2025.

Both teams are looking to rebound from narrow losses this past Saturday. Cloud County fell 78-76 at home to Barton, despite a strong performance from Manasseh Stackhouse, who posted 16 points and nine rebounds. The Thunderbirds had previously won three straight, averaging 92.3 points per game in that stretch.

Cowley is coming off a 78-75 road loss to Dodge City. The Tigers were led by Roman Miller, who scored 24 points, and Leslie Owens Jr., who added 21 points and eight rebounds.

The game features two of the region’s top offenses. Cloud County has surpassed 80 points in four of its six games, while Cowley has scored 75 or more in three of its five contests.

The matchup will be a test for the Tigers’ defense against a balanced Thunderbirds attack that has seen multiple players, including D’ontez Walker and Syncere Burnette, contribute significantly on the boards.

Tipoff is set for Tuesday night at Cowley College.
