Baylor vs. San Diego State

LAS VEGAS (Interstat) — The Baylor Bears look to rebound from their first loss of the season when they face the San Diego State Aztecs in a nonconference men’s basketball matchup Wednesday at T-Mobile Arena.

San Diego State (3-2) is coming off a strong offensive performance, having defeated Oregon 97-80 on Tuesday. BJ Davis led the Aztecs with 21 points, and Reese Dixon-Waters added a team-high 22 points in the victory. The win provided a bounce-back for the Aztecs after a 94-54 loss at Michigan on Monday.

The neutral-site game in Las Vegas features contrasting momentum, with Baylor seeking to halt a one-game skid and San Diego State aiming to build on its most recent win. According to Interstat’s ELO system, Baylor is projected with a 61.2% probability to win.

Wednesday’s game is the first of a challenging stretch for both teams before conference play begins next month.
