The Panthers improved to 5-1, while the Flames fell to 3-2. High Point used a strong performance from beyond the arc, making 10 3-pointers, and capitalized at the free-throw line, sinking 30 foul shots. Illinois-Chicago’s Mekhi Lowery recorded a double-double with 15 points and 10 rebounds in the losing effort.
