BOWLING GREEN, Ohio (Interstat) — Javontae Campbell scored 19 points to guide Bowling Green to an 80-70 men’s basketball victory over Toledo on Saturday at Stroh Center. The Falcons avenged a one-point loss to the Rockets from January.

Bowling Green used efficient shooting, making 11 of 21 from 3-point range, to pull away in the second half after leading 37-35 at halftime. Campbell added five assists. Sonny Wilson led Toledo with 20 points and seven rebounds.

The Falcons improved to 16-10 overall, while the Rockets moved to 13-13. Attendance was 4,167.
