OREM, Utah (Interstat) — The Samford Bulldogs and Utah Valley Wolverines will meet in a non-conference men’s basketball game Wednesday at the neutral-site Aventura Palace Resort.

Samford (4-4) enters the contest with momentum after a 78-63 road victory over Georgia State on Tuesday. Dylan Faulkner led the Bulldogs with 19 points and six rebounds, while Jaxon Pollard added 16 points and nine boards. The Bulldogs have alternated wins and losses over their past five games.

Utah Valley (3-2) last played on Nov. 19, earning a 79-72 home win over UC Irvine. Isaac Davis scored 18 points in that victory, with Trevan Leonhardt adding 15 points and four assists. The Wolverines’ two losses this season have come on the road against Boise State and Fresno State.

The game pits Samford’s offense, which has scored 75 or more points in five games, against a Utah Valley team seeking its third straight win. The Bulldogs will look to build on their recent rebounding success after outrebounding Georgia State, while the Wolverines will rely on a balanced scoring attack.

Tipoff is set for Wednesday, Nov. 26, 2025.
