INGLEWOOD, Calif. (Interstat) — The undefeated Southern California Trojans will look to extend their hot start when they host the Illinois State Redbirds in a nonconference men’s basketball game on Friday, Nov. 14, 2025, at Intuit Dome.

USC (2-0) has dominated its early schedule, averaging 104 points per game. The Trojans are coming off a 114-83 rout of Manhattan on Sunday, led by Chad Baker-Mazara’s 26 points and seven rebounds. Jacob Cofie added a double-double with 10 points and 10 rebounds.

Illinois State (1-1) arrives after a 76-65 home victory over Cornell. Guard Tyreek Coleman powered the Redbirds with 24 points in that contest. Illinois State opened its season with a 72-68 loss at Ohio.

The game marks a significant step up in competition for the Redbirds, who face a tough road test against a high-scoring USC squad. The Trojans will aim to maintain their momentum before a trip to the Maui Invitational later this month.
