EUGENE, Ore. (Interstat) — Michigan overcame a halftime deficit to defeat Oregon 81-71 in a nonconference men’s basketball game Saturday at Matthew Knight Arena.
The Wolverines trailed 41-40 at the break but outscored the Ducks 41-30 in the second half before a crowd of 8,750. Elliot Cadeau led Michigan with 17 points and five assists. Oregon’s Sean Stewart scored a game-high 22 points.
