BRIDGEPORT, Conn. (Interstat) — Deuce Turner scored 22 points and Fairfield outlasted Stonehill 73-71 in overtime Friday night at Webster Bank Arena. The Stags secured the win despite a 19-point, 12-rebound double-double from Stonehill’s Raymond Espinal-Guzman. Fairfield, which never trailed in the extra period, improved to 2-2 while the Skyhawks fell to 1-3. The game was sent to overtime after a back-and-forth second half saw both teams miss chances to win in regulation.
