MILWAUKEE (Interstat) — Tae Davis recorded a double-double with 19 points and 11 rebounds as Oklahoma edged Marquette 75-74 in a non-conference men’s basketball game Friday at LeClaire Park. The Sooners, who trailed 37-33 at halftime, outscored the Golden Eagles 42-37 after the break to secure the narrow victory. Nijel Pack led all scorers with 24 points for Oklahoma. Chase Ross scored 21 points to lead Marquette, which saw its season record fall to an even 4-4. Oklahoma improved to 5-2.
