LONG BEACH, Calif. (Interstat) — Marcus Wilson scored 30 points to lead UC Davis to a 76-70 overtime victory over Long Beach State in a Big West Conference men’s basketball game Thursday night at Walter Pyramid.

The Aggies, who improved to 18-12, forced overtime after trailing 34-31 at halftime and being tied 62-62 at the end of regulation. UC Davis dominated the extra period, outscoring the 49ers 14-8. Rob Diaz scored a game-high 33 points for Long Beach State, which fell to 9-22. An announced crowd of 1,419 watched as UC Davis swept the regular-season series.
