Dynamo Moscow at Admiral Vladivostok
VLADIVOSTOK (Interstat) — Dynamo Moscow will look to continue its strong start Thursday, Sept. 17, 2026, when it visits Admiral Vladivostok in a Kontinental Hockey League game at Fetisov Arena in Vladivostok, Primorsky Krai. Dynamo enters with a 3-2 record, while Admiral is 1-3. The game is a rematch of a Sept. 9 meeting in Moscow, where Dynamo earned a 2-1 shootout win over Admiral.
Dynamo has won two of its last three games. The club’s most recent outing was a 2-0 victory at Severstal Cherepovets on Sept. 14. Goaltender Vladislav Podyapolsky stopped all 27 shots he faced in that win. Daniil Pylenkov and Dylan Sikura each recorded one goal and one assist. Earlier in the season, Dynamo beat Dinamo Minsk 3-2 in a shootout on Sept. 12, fell 5-3 at SKA Saint Petersburg on Sept. 7 and lost 2-1 at Avtomobilist Yekaterinburg on Sept. 5.
Podyapolsky is the player to watch for Dynamo. In addition to his 27-save shutout at Severstal, he made 17 saves in the shootout win over Dinamo Minsk on Sept. 12. He also made 12 saves in Dynamo’s 2-1 shootout win against Admiral on Sept. 9. His recent form has given Dynamo a steady presence in net as it begins a road trip that continues Saturday at Amur Khabarovsk.
Admiral will try to rebound from a 2-1 loss at Neftekhimik Nizhnekamsk on Sept. 13. Anthony Camara scored in that defeat and finished with four shots on goal, two penalty minutes and three hits. Alexander S. Volkov added an assist, while Mikhail Grass recorded three shots and two penalty minutes. Admiral’s other recent results include a 4-2 win at CSKA Moscow on Sept. 11, a 2-1 shootout loss at Dynamo Moscow on Sept. 9 and a 2-0 loss at Ak Bars Kazan on Sept. 7.
Camara is the player to watch for Admiral. He has been active on the forecheck and around the net, with a goal at Neftekhimik and an assist in the win at CSKA. He also had one shot and two hits in the Sept. 9 game at Dynamo Moscow. Admiral returns home for this contest and will host Severstal Cherepovets on Sept. 19, CSKA Moscow on Sept. 21 and Lokomotiv Yaroslavl on Sept. 23.
Dynamo holds the recent head-to-head edge after the shootout victory earlier this month. Admiral will look for a stronger home performance at Fetisov Arena. Dynamo will aim to keep pace in the early KHL standings and build on its road win at Severstal.
Interstat’s game simulator projects a final score of Dynamo 3, Admiral 2. Interstat’s ELO system gives Dynamo a 70.1 percent probability to win.
