TOLYATTI, Russia (Interstat) — Dinamo Minsk delivered an offensive showcase Thursday afternoon, routing Lada 8-3 in Kontinental Hockey League play at Lada Arena.

The visitors seized control early and never relented. Stanislav Galiyev led the charge with two goals and an assist, while Sam Anas distributed four assists. Vadim Shipachyov added a goal and three assists.

Arsen Taimazov and Nikita Setdikov scored for Lada, which fell to 15-38. Dinamo Minsk improved to 28-20-1.

The result defied a pregame projection that favored a low-scoring Dinamo Minsk victory. The win completes a regular-season sweep for Dinamo Minsk after Lada won the teams’ first meeting in November.
