SEOUL, South Korea (Interstat) — Bae Dong-hyun tossed six scoreless innings as the Kiwoom Heroes blanked the Lotte Giants 2-0 on Sunday evening at Gocheok Sky Dome, salvaging the series finale.

Bae allowed three hits and struck out five to earn his third win. Lee Ju-hyung homered in the first inning and scored on An Chi-hong’s third-inning double for the game’s only runs. Lotte’s Park Se-woong took the loss despite eight strikeouts over six innings, yielding both runs on five hits. Kim Jae-ung worked the ninth for his third save.

The Giants out-hit the Heroes 6-5 but failed to score. Kiwoom improved to 4-9, while Lotte fell to 5-8.
