Birmingham Squadron Races Past Windy City Bulls in High-Scoring G League Affair

BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (Interstat) — The Birmingham Squadron built a commanding early lead and never looked back, defeating the Windy City Bulls 134-119 in a G League game Sunday at Legacy Arena.

The Squadron dominated the first half, scoring 72 points by halftime to the Bulls’ 44. Windy City found its rhythm after the break with a 43-point third quarter but could not overcome the large deficit. Birmingham’s offense proved too consistent, maintaining a double-digit advantage throughout the second half.

With the win, Birmingham improved to 20-28 across all competitions. Windy City fell to 22-26. The teams are scheduled to meet again Tuesday in Birmingham.
