Magic Outlast Blue Coats in High-Scoring G League Affair

KISSIMMEE, Fla. (Interstat) — The Osceola Magic defeated the Delaware Blue Coats 113-106 in a G League game Friday night at Silver Spurs Arena.

Osceola used a 33-point second quarter to build a lead it would not relinquish, overcoming a consistent Delaware attack that scored 26 points in each of the first three quarters. The Magic improved to 31-15 with the win, while the Blue Coats fell to 19-26.

Lester Quinones led a balanced Osceola offense. The Magic shot efficiently from the floor to secure the victory, which was projected by statistical models. Delaware’s Saint Thomas and Malcolm Hill provided key performances in the losing effort.

The teams meet again at this venue Saturday.
