Noblesville vs. Osceola

Preview: Noblesville Boom at Osceola Magic

KISSIMMEE, Fla. (Interstat) — A surging Noblesville Boom squad will look to continue its climb toward .500 against the powerhouse Osceola Magic in a G League matchup Wednesday at Silver Spurs Arena.

The Boom (15-15) have won five of their last six games, including a 125-109 victory over Birmingham on Sunday. They are led by the red-hot Ethan Thompson, who is averaging 28.6 points, 6.9 rebounds and 5.4 assists over his last seven contests. He poured in 34 points with seven rebounds and eight assists in the win over Birmingham.

Osceola (20-9) has been one of the league’s elite teams, winning eight of its last nine games. The Magic are anchored by forward Alex Morales, who has recorded five double-doubles in his last eight appearances. He posted 20 points and 12 rebounds in Osceola’s most recent game, a 110-102 win over Westchester on Jan. 29.

This is the second meeting of the season between the teams. Noblesville won the first matchup 112-99 at home on Dec. 19, 2025.

The Boom’s recent success has been fueled by high-scoring offense, topping 124 points in four of their last six wins. They will need that firepower against a stout Osceola defense that has held opponents under 110 points in five of its last nine victories.

For Osceola, the game is a chance to avenge its December loss and maintain its position near the top of the league standings. The Magic’s balanced attack features Morales alongside guards Ja’Vonte Smart and Lester Quinones, who combined for 40 points in the win over Westchester.

The teams will meet again at Silver Spurs Arena on Friday to complete the two-game set.
