Westchester Outlasts Maine in High-Scoring G League Affair

PORTLAND, Maine (Interstat) — The Westchester Knicks snapped a three-game head-to-head losing streak against the Maine Celtics with a 117-110 victory in a G League game Sunday at Portland Exposition Building.

Westchester, which improved to 7-24, built its lead with a 32-point third quarter and held off a late Maine rally. The Celtics, who fell to 19-13, had won the previous meeting by 10 points just one day earlier.

Dink Pate and Bryson Warren led a balanced Westchester attack. Ron Harper paced Maine with a game-high performance, including multiple 3-pointers in the final minute to keep pressure on the Knicks. Westchester’s offense proved consistent, scoring between 23 and 33 points in each quarter to secure the road win.
