Grand Rapids vs. Cleveland

CLEVELAND (Interstat) — The Grand Rapids Gold look to continue their dominant start to the G League season when they face the Cleveland Charge on Saturday at Wolstein Center in a quick rematch.

The Gold (6-1) arrive with the league’s best record after dismantling the Charge 132-118 on Friday night. Grand Rapids’ high-powered offense was led by Tamar Bates, who scored 31 points, and Curtis Jones, who added 28 points, seven rebounds and six assists. DaRon Holmes also chipped in 18 points and seven rebounds.

Cleveland (3-4), which has lost three of its last four games, will seek to regroup on its home floor. In Friday’s loss, Chris Livingston posted 18 points and eight rebounds, while Luke Travers scored 20 points and Killian Hayes dished out seven assists.

Despite the lopsided result in the first leg of the back-to-back, statistical models give the Charge a slight edge, projecting Cleveland with a 51.7% probability to win the Saturday contest.

The game is scheduled for Saturday, Nov. 22, 2025.
