LEANDER, Texas (Interstat) — Two of the G League’s hottest teams will clash Wednesday when the undefeated Austin Spurs host the Osceola Magic at H-E-B Center at Cedar Park.

Austin (4-0) enters the contest as one of the league’s last remaining unbeaten teams following a 125-111 road victory over Memphis on Sunday. Jamaree Bouyea led the Spurs with 21 points and five rebounds, while Kyle Mangas added 22 points.

The Spurs’ perfect record will be tested by an Osceola squad that has started the season 4-1. The Magic’s only blemish came in a narrow 122-118 home loss to Birmingham on Sunday, despite a 21-point, 13-rebound double-double from center Colin Castleton. Osceola had previously dominated Birmingham 120-77 just two days earlier.

The matchup features two potent offenses. Osceola has scored 120 or more points in three of its five games, including a 144-point outburst against Texas on Nov. 8. Austin has also shown its scoring prowess, averaging 114 points per game.

This contest begins a brief two-game series between the teams, who will meet again Thursday at the same venue.
