SOUTHAVEN, Miss. (Interstat) — The Memphis Hustle (3-3) will host the Rio Grande Valley Vipers (1-2) in a G League matchup on Wednesday at the DeSoto Civic Center.

The Vipers are coming off a high-scoring 133-126 victory over Texas on Saturday. J.D. Davison led the charge with a near triple-double, posting 26 points, 7 rebounds and 13 assists. Isaiah Crawford added 27 points and 7 rebounds in the win, which was Rio Grande Valley’s first of the season after two narrow losses to open the campaign.

Memphis looks to rebound after a 125-111 home loss to Austin on Sunday. G.G. Jackson was a bright spot in the defeat, scoring 22 points and grabbing 9 rebounds. The Hustle have been inconsistent, alternating wins and losses over their last five games following a season-opening victory.

Despite the teams’ contrasting records, Interstat’s game simulator projects a dominant 120-100 road win for Rio Grande Valley.

The two teams will meet again at the same venue on Friday.
