Cleveland vs. Iowa

DES MOINES, Iowa (Interstat) — The Iowa Wolves will host the Cleveland Charge to open the NBA G League regular season for both teams on Friday, Nov. 7, 2025, at Wells Fargo Arena.

Neither team has played a competitive game since March 29, when both ended their previous seasons with decisive victories. The Charge dominated the Long Island Nets 128-93 on the road, while the Wolves outpaced the South Bay Lakers 139-128 at home.

This contest marks the first of a two-game, back-to-back series between the teams, with a rematch scheduled for Saturday, Nov. 8, at the same venue.

The game will serve as the initial test for both squads’ revamped rosters, which typically feature NBA assignees and developing prospects. The outcome will provide an early benchmark in the Central Division standings.

Following the weekend series, the Charge embark on a two-game road trip, starting with the Motor City Cruise on Nov. 12. The Wolves, after the second game against Cleveland, will hit the road for a single contest against the Grand Rapids Gold on Nov. 13 before returning for a four-game homestand.
