POSUSJE, Bosnia and Herzegovina (Interstat) — Sergej Damjanic scored in the 88th minute to lift Sloga Doboj to a 1-0 victory over Posusje on Friday at Stadion Mokri Dolac in a Premijer Ženska Liga match.

The visitors’ late strike secured the win and improved Sloga Doboj’s record to 1-0 in league play and across all competitions. Posusje dropped to 0-1 both in the league and overall.

The tightly contested affair remained scoreless until Damjanic’s decisive goal broke the deadlock deep in the second half. Posusje was unable to find an equalizer in the closing minutes.

The result marked the first match of the season for both sides in the Bosnian women’s top flight.
