VIBORG, Denmark (Interstat) — Srđan Kuzmić scored in the 10th minute and Viborg defeated Nordsjaelland 1-0 on Sunday in a Danish Superliga match at Energi Viborg Arena.

Jeppe Grønning provided the assist. The victory improved Viborg’s league record to 10-10-1, while Nordsjaelland fell to 11-11-1.

The match featured four yellow cards: Peter Ankersen in the 37th minute, Grønning in the 39th, Ibrahim Adel in the 66th and Kuzmić in the 75th.

Viborg entered having lost its previous league match 1-0 at Brondby on Wednesday. Nordsjaelland was coming off a 1-1 home draw with ASA Aarhus on Thursday.

The teams had met eight days earlier in Farum, with Nordsjaelland winning 2-1.
