Khvicha Kvaratskhelia scored in the 24th and 56th minutes for PSG. João Neves scored in the 33rd, Michael Olise in the 41st and Ousmane Dembélé in the 58th. Dayot Upamecano scored in the 65th and Luis Díaz in the 68th for Bayern. Defender Marquinhos recorded an assist. Yellow cards were issued to Marquinhos in the 12th minute, Fabián Ruiz in the 77th and Achraf Hakimi in the 80th.
