STRASBOURG, France (Interstat) — Toulouse defeated RC Strasbourg Alsace 2-1 on Sunday at Stade de la Meinau in Ligue 1 play.

Samuel Amo-Ameyaw gave Strasbourg the lead in the 27th minute. Dayann Methalie equalized for Toulouse in the 43rd minute, and Emersonn scored the winner in the 84th.

Methalie, a substitute, finished with a goal and an assist. Emersonn, also a substitute, had the decisive goal. Alexis Vossah, another substitute, contributed an assist. Amo-Ameyaw, a forward, scored for Strasbourg.

Yellow cards were shown to Strasbourg’s Yaya Diémé in the 20th minute, Toulouse’s Methalie in the 56th, Vossah in the 75th and Strasbourg’s Aron Dønnum in second-half stoppage time.

Toulouse improved to 12 wins, 11 losses and 7 draws in Ligue 1, and 19-19-10 across all competitions. Strasbourg fell to 8-7-5 in league play and 12-9-8 overall. The teams last met Dec. 6, 2025, with Toulouse winning 1-0 at home.
