Noah vs Yerevan

NOAH HOSTS YEREVAN IN KEY ARMENIAN LEAGUE MATCH

YEREVAN, Armenia (Interstat) — Noah looks to continue its recent dominance over Yerevan when the sides meet Sunday in an Armenian First League match.

The match kicks off at 4 p.m. local time at Noah’s home ground.

Noah (8-5-7) enters with momentum, coming off a decisive 3-0 victory over Shirak on March 22. Yerevan (4-6-10) seeks to rebound from a 4-1 road loss to Urartu on March 15.

The head-to-head series has been split this season. Yerevan earned a 3-2 win at Noah on Dec. 6, but Noah responded with a 2-0 victory in Yerevan on March 8.

Recent form heavily favors the hosts. Noah has won three of its last five matches. Yerevan’s struggles are more pronounced, with just one win in its last 10 league matches, a stretch featuring six losses.

A statistical projection from Interstat forecasts a 2-1 victory for Noah.

Yerevan’s defense has been a persistent issue, conceding multiple goals in eight of its last 10 outings. Noah’s attack, which scored three times in its last match, will look to exploit those vulnerabilities.

Following this match, Noah visits Gandzasar on April 10. Yerevan’s next fixture is at home against Shirak on April 12.

The match is critical for both clubs as they navigate the latter stages of the Armenian season. Noah aims to solidify its standing, while Yerevan desperately needs points to reverse a prolonged slump.
