SAKARYA, Turkiye (Interstat) — Sakaryaspor and visiting Sariyer played to a scoreless draw in a 1. Lig match Sunday at Yeni Sakarya Atatürk Stadyumu.

The match was defined by defensive discipline and a lack of finishing, with neither side able to break through. The tension escalated dramatically in second-half stoppage time, resulting in a flurry of disciplinary actions. Six yellow cards were issued in the final minutes, culminating in a straight red card shown to Sariyer’s Josip Vuković in the 90+7th minute.

The result leaves Sariyer with 10 wins, 13 losses and 5 draws in league play. Sakaryaspor’s season record in the competition now stands at 7 wins, 17 losses and 6 draws. The draw followed a previous meeting this season where Sakaryaspor won 2-1 last October.
