VORA, Albania (Interstat) — Dario Daka scored in the 90th minute Thursday to deliver a 1-0 upset victory for Vora over Partizani Tirana in the Albanian Superliga season opener for both clubs.

The match, played at Stadiumi Vora, defied pregame projections. Interstat’s game simulator had forecast a 1-1 draw, and its ELO system gave Partizani Tirana a 75.6% probability to win. The visiting Vora side, however, secured all three points with Daka’s dramatic last-minute strike.

The result leaves both teams with identical records to start the Superliga campaign.
