HERAKLION, Greece (Jan. 11, 2026) (Interstat) — OFI opened its Super League 1 season with a dominant 4-0 victory over Asteras Tripolis on Sunday at Pankritio Stadio, powered by a second-half hat trick from Thiago Nuss.

The match defied a pregame projection of a 1-1 draw. OFI controlled play after a physical first half that featured three yellow cards. The match turned decisively in the 61st minute when Asteras Tripolis defender Julián Chicco was shown a red card.

Nuss capitalized eight minutes later, opening the scoring in the 69th minute. He added goals in the 86th and 104th minutes to complete his trio. The result gives OFI a winning start to the domestic campaign, while Asteras Tripolis begins with a loss.
