LEAMINGTON SPA, England (Interstat) — Leamington advanced in the FA Trophy with a 2-0 victory over Maidenhead United on Saturday at Your Co-op Community Stadium. Ewan Williams opened the scoring in the 10th minute, and Timothy Berridge sealed the win with a second-half goal in the 57th. Maidenhead United, which has lost four straight matches across all competitions, was eliminated from the tournament. The result defied a pregame projection from Interstat that had forecast a 1-1 draw.
