SAINT-OUEN, France (Interstat) — Substitute Abdoul Kader Bamba scored twice as Clermont rallied for a 2-2 draw with Red Star in a Ligue 2 match Saturday at Stade Bauer.

Red Star’s Damien Durand opened the scoring in the first minute, but Bamba answered with goals in the 12th and 24th. The hosts equalized late when defender Pierre Lemonnier scored in the 86th minute. The result defied pregame projections that heavily favored Red Star. Both teams earned a point, moving their season records to 0-0-1. Five yellow cards were issued in the physical contest.
