ROME (Interstat) — Lazio will host AC Milan on Thursday in a Coppa Italia Primavera match, a quick rematch after the teams met just five days ago in league play.

AC Milan earned a 1-0 away victory over Lazio last Saturday, Nov. 29, in the most recent head-to-head. That result extended Milan’s current unbeaten run to four matches across all competitions, though they were held to a 1-1 draw by lower-tier ASD Brusaporto in a friendly this past Sunday.

Lazio’s form has been inconsistent, with three wins, two draws, and three losses in its last eight fixtures. Its attack has struggled lately, failing to score in three of its last four matches, including the loss to Milan.

The statistical service Interstat projects a tightly contested draw, simulating a final score of Lazio 1, AC Milan 1.

Thursday’s cup fixture offers Lazio an immediate chance for redemption at its home venue after the recent defeat. AC Milan will look to maintain its momentum and psychological edge. The winner will advance in the Italian youth cup competition.

Kickoff is scheduled for Thursday, Dec. 4, 2025.
