SAPPORO, Japan (Interstat) — Tomoki Takamine scored twice and added an assist Saturday, powering Consadole Sapporo to a 3-1 home victory over Oita Trinita in the J2 League at Daiwa House Premist Dome.

Takuma Arano opened the scoring for Sapporo in the ninth minute before Takamine doubled the lead in the 39th. After Oita’s Ren Ikeda pulled one back in the 54th, Takamine sealed the win with his second goal in the 77th. The result defied a pregame projection that heavily favored Sapporo.
