DUNKERQUE, France (Interstat) — Littoral Dunkerque opened its Ligue 2 season with a commanding 3-0 victory over Red Star on Tuesday at Stade Marcel Tribut. The home side defied projections, scoring early and adding two second-half goals to secure the win.

Substitute Dylan Durivaux opened the scoring in the ninth minute. Midfielder Anto Sekongo, a key performer, doubled the lead in the 61st, followed by a goal from Marco Essimi Ateba just five minutes later. The result surpassed the Interstat simulator’s projection of a 1-1 draw.
