DUBLIN (Interstat) — Substitute Almir Ajzeraj scored in the 57th minute to lift Kosovo’s Drita to a 1-0 upset victory over Shelbourne FC in a Europa League match Thursday at Tallaght Stadium. The game’s only goal was assisted by defender Paddy Barrett, who later received a yellow card. The result was a surprise after statistical models heavily favored the Irish side. Drita begins its group stage campaign with a win, while Shelbourne starts with a loss.
