DUBLIN (Interstat) — Shelbourne FC seeks its first Europa League group stage victory when it hosts Kosovo’s KF Drita at Tolka Park on Thursday.

Both clubs are looking to get their European campaigns on track. Shelbourne (0-1-0, 0 points) fell 1-0 to Shkendija in its group stage opener on Oct. 23. Drita (0-0-1, 1 point) earned a point in its first match, drawing 1-1 with AS Omonoia Leukosias the same day.

Form across all competitions favors the Irish side. Shelbourne brings a 7-4-2 overall record into the match, though it is coming off a scoreless domestic draw with St Patrick’s Athletic on Saturday. Drita holds a 2-2-1 record overall, with its most recent result being the draw with Omonoia.

Shelbourne’s European success this season has been built on its home performances, including two-legged playoff victories over Linfield and Rijeka to reach the group stage. Drita’s European journey has been mixed, with a win over FC Differdange 03 and losses to FC København and FCSB.
