CHEONGJU, South Korea (Interstat) — Seoul E-Land defeated Chungbuk Cheongju FC 2-0 on Sunday in a K League 2 match at Cheongju Stadium. The victory defied a pregame projection that forecast a 1-1 draw.

Heo Yongjun broke a scoreless deadlock in the 75th minute. Substitute Park Changhwan, who entered the match after the opening goal, secured the win 10 minutes later with a goal of his own in the 85th minute. The result improves Seoul E-Land’s league record, while Chungbuk Cheongju FC remains winless in the competition this season.
