WILLEBROEK, Belgium (Interstat) — Okapi Aalstar defeated the Willebroek Kangoeroes 90-85 on Sunday, May 17, 2026, at Sporthal De Schalk. Okapi outscored Willebroek 23-10 in the fourth quarter to rally from a 75-67 deficit entering the final period.

Okapi trailed 30-24 after the first quarter and 52-40 at halftime. The visitors cut the gap to 75-67 by the end of the third. Okapi’s defense limited Willebroek to 10 points in the fourth.

Dante Maddox led Okapi with 23 points and five assists. Siebe Ledegen added 20 points and four rebounds. Eddie Colbert posted 14 points and 12 rebounds, and Niels Van Den Eynde had 13 points and seven assists. Mattias Palinckx contributed five points off the bench.

For Willebroek, Zaba Bangala recorded 20 points and 11 rebounds. Tobi Ewuosho scored 19 points. Josh Heath finished with 16 points and five assists. Yannick Dammen added 14 points.

Okapi improved to 26-8, while Willebroek fell to 19-17-1. The win gave Okapi a 3-1 edge in the season series.
