Eastern Illinois at Lindenwood

ST. CHARLES, Mo. (Interstat) — Two teams looking to end losing streaks will meet Saturday when the Lindenwood Lions host the Eastern Illinois Panthers at Hunter Stadium.

Lindenwood (4-6) is coming off a narrow 24-21 road loss to Western Illinois. The Lions had previously won two of their last three games, including a 35-13 victory over Tennessee State on Nov. 1.

Eastern Illinois (3-7) has dropped three straight contests, most recently a 21-9 home loss to Tennessee Tech. The Panthers’ offense has struggled during the skid, averaging just 14 points per game. Quarterback Cole LaCrue and running back Charles Kellom will be relied upon to spark the unit after combining for 128 rushing yards last week.

According to Interstat’s game simulator, the Lions are projected to win a high-scoring affair, 41-33. Both teams will look to build momentum in their regular-season finales before facing challenging road tests next week, with Eastern Illinois traveling to Alabama and Lindenwood visiting Southeast Missouri State.

Kickoff is set for Saturday, Nov. 15, 2025.
