Presbyterian at Davidson
DAVIDSON, N.C. (Interstat) — A matchup of teams heading in opposite directions is set for Saturday when the surging Presbyterian Blue Hose visit the struggling Davidson Wildcats at Richardson Stadium.
Presbyterian (8-1) enters the contest riding high after a dominant 43-14 victory over Valparaiso last Saturday. Quarterback Collin Hurst was efficient, completing 26 of 32 passes for 278 yards in the win. The Blue Hose have won seven of their last eight games, with their only loss this season coming on the road at Dayton.
In stark contrast, Davidson (1-8) is looking to snap a seven-game losing streak. The Wildcats fell 28-24 to Morehead State last weekend, a game in which their offense struggled through the air, completing just 9 of 24 pass attempts. Their lone victory this season was a 48-0 win over St. Andrews on Sept. 20.
Despite the disparity in records, a projection from Interstat’s game simulator forecasts an upset, predicting a 34-22 victory for the home Wildcats.
The game is scheduled for a 1 p.m. kickoff on Saturday, Nov. 8, 2025.
