Clemson defense stifles Florida State in 24‑10 victory

CLEMSON, S.C. (Interstat) — Clemson’s defense dominated Florida State, holding the Seminoles to a single touchdown in a 24-10 win on Saturday at Memorial Stadium. The Tigers built an 18-7 halftime lead and never relinquished control.

Quarterback Cade Klubnik guided the Clemson offense, throwing for 221 yards and a touchdown, while Antonio Williams caught a 34-yard scoring pass. The Tigers’ defense was relentless, sacking Florida State quarterback Tommy Castellanos multiple times. Castellanos threw for 250 yards and a late first-half touchdown to Lawayne McCoy, but the Seminoles’ offense was otherwise stifled. The loss drops both teams to 4-5 on the season.
