Towson at North Carolina A&T
GREENSBORO, N.C. (Interstat) — Two teams looking to salvage their seasons will meet when the Towson Tigers visit the North Carolina A&T Aggies on Saturday at Truist Stadium.
Both squads enter the contest on the heels of divergent results from last weekend. The Aggies (2-6) snapped a four-game losing streak with a 28-24 home victory over Campbell. Their offense was buoyed by running back Wesley Graves, who rushed for 73 yards on 14 carries.
Conversely, the Tigers (3-5) saw their losing streak extend to three games with a 27-19 road loss to Stony Brook. Towson used a three-quarterback system in the defeat, led by Nathan Kent, who passed for 183 yards and two touchdowns while adding 20 rushing yards.
Despite the Aggies’ worse overall record, Interstat’s game simulator projects a high-scoring affair with North Carolina A&T as the favorite, predicting a 40-30 win for the home team. The matchup pits Towson’s struggling defense, which has allowed an average of over 30 points per game during its losing skid, against an A&T offense that found its footing last week.
The game is scheduled for a 1 p.m. kickoff on Saturday, Nov. 1, 2025.
