CORO, Venezuela (Interstat) — Ricky Ledo scored 18 points, grabbed eight rebounds and dished six assists Friday to lead Carabobo to a 93-71 victory over the Falcons in a Venezuelan SLB game. Ledo, a small forward from Providence, Rhode Island, shot efficiently and anchored a balanced attack as the Trotamundos improved to 15-8. Carabobo seized control early, leading 19-17 after the first quarter, then outscored the Falcons 27-16 in the second to build a 46-33 halftime advantage. The visitors extended the margin to 77-53 by the end of the third period. James Reese V contributed 14 points and four rebounds, while David Cubillan and Anthony Reyes each scored 11 points off the bench. Yeikson Montero led the Falcons with 17 points, and Jared Cunningham added 13. Carabobo shot 54 percent from the field, including 14 of 26 from 3-point range, and committed only six turnovers. The Falcons, who fell to 8-13, managed 37 rebounds but shot 39 percent and turned the ball over nine times.
