OTTAWA (Interstat) — Justin Harmon scored 21 points and grabbed eight rebounds to lead the Ottawa Blackjacks to an 88-86 victory over the Scarborough Shooting Stars on Tuesday night in a Canadian Elite Basketball League game at TD Place. Ottawa trailed 69-58 after three quarters but outscored Scarborough 30-17 in the fourth. Harmon, who had struggled in recent games, added four assists and one block. Alex Fudge contributed 22 points and eight rebounds with three blocks, Matthew Cleveland had 15 points and seven rebounds, and Kobe Elvis posted 11 points and 10 assists. For Scarborough, Javan Johnson led all scorers with 24 points. Frank Mitchell recorded a double-double with 13 points and 12 rebounds, Kellen Tynes added 11 points and four assists, and Cat Barber dished seven assists to go with eight rebounds and four points. The Blackjacks improved to 7-10, while the Shooting Stars dropped to 12-3. Ottawa avenged a 108-80 loss at Scarborough on June 19.
